AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 14 AND 105
OF THE FALCON HEIGHTS CITY CODE
CONCERNING BUSINESS LICENSE
REQUIREMENTS
AND RENTAL LICENSING
This ordinance amends Chapters 14 and 105 of the Falcon Heights City Code concerning business license requirements and rental licensing. The amendments
to Chapter 14 include license inspection requirements, revocation, suspension and penalties. The amendments to Chapter 105 include license procedure, requirements, inspections, revocation,
suspension and penalties.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City Administrator/Clerkâs regular office hours.
