SPECIAL WORKSHOP MEETING
FALCON HEIGHTS CITY CpUNCIL
OCTOBER 24, 1981
A Special Workshop Pieeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was held at
9:00 a.m.
Present were Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown and Larson.
Also present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Fire Chief Renchin, Engineer
Lemberg, Architect David Shea and Engineers Don Billings and Bob Voight.
The purpose of the Workshop Meeting was to discuss the proposed new City
Hall and get input from Councilmembers and staff as to the needs and lay
out of the proposed site located north of Larpenteur and west of Prior
Avenue. The architect and engineers were to take the suggestions and
needs and attempt to come up with a functional structure in the next
few weeks being aware that there is a fixed budget.

The two most important concerns to be addressed were ingress and egress
and energy efficiency.
