SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
CANVASSING BOARD
NOVEMBER 5, 1981
A special meeting of the Canvassing Board of the City of Falcon Heights was
called to order at 4:30 p.m.
Present were Canvassing Board Members Brown and Larson. Member Eggert was
absent.
Canvassing Board Chairperson Brown read the following election returns of
November 3, 1981:
FOR THE OFFICE OF MAYOR
Willis C. A. Warkentien 702
Miscelleaneous Write Ins 44
FOR THE OFFICE OF COUNCILMEMBER
Paul Ciernia 559
Rice' Chestovich 437
Gene Steele 404
Peter McGough 265

Upon motion by Member Brown, seconded by Member Larson, it was voted unanimously
by the Council acting as Canvassing Board to declare the following persons duly
elected to the respective office and the Clerk-Administrator was instructed to
certify said election returns to the Ramsey County Auditor.
MAYOR - Willis C. A. Warkentien for a term of two years;
COUNCILMEMBER - Paul Ciernia for a term of four years;
COUNCILMEMBER - Rice' Chestovich fora term of four years.
Adjournment: Upon a motion by Member Larson, seconded by Member Brown, the
meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
