FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA
SPECIAL .COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING
NOVEMBER 17, 1981
A Special Workshop Meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called
to order at 5:30 p.m.
Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson. Also PRESENT
present were Engineer Lemberg, Architect Shea, Fire Chief Renchin, Main-
tenance Man Wright, Rice' Chestovich and Paul Ciernia.
None. ABSENT
Architect David Shea presented to Council the revised plans of the
proposed Community Center explaining where the changes were made in
the floor plan. After some discussion and suggested revisions the
following action was taken:

(a) Councilmember Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Larson, ORIGINAL SITE
to approve the original site plan as presented at the October PLAN APPROVED
24, 1981 Workshop Meeting. Upon a vote being taken the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers
Brown, Eggert and Larson, and the following voted against the
same: None. Councilmember Steele abstained. Motion carried.
(b) Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert,
to approve the building plans with the revisions suggested.
Motion carried unanimously.
(c) Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown,
that the Clerk Administrator be directed to advertise for
bids on December 8, 1981 and that the Engineer and Architect
be authorized to proceed with the plans and specifications
and also to arrange for soil borings. Motion carried unani-
mously.
(d) Councilmember Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Larson,
to adjourn the Workshop Meeting at 6:30 p.m. Motion carried
unanimously.
