RESOLUTION APPROVING GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR ROSEVILLE AREA YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association has submitted an application to the
City of Falcon Heights requesting City approval of a Minnesota Gambling Premises Permit
application for activities located at Stout's Pub,1611 Larpenteur Avenue West, Falcon Heights,
MN; and
WHEREAS, it has been demonstrated that the organization is collecting gambling monies for
lawful purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota, approves the Minnesota Gambling Premises Permit for Roseville Area Youth
Hockey Association to conduct lawful gambling at Stout's Pub,1611 Larpenteur Avenue West,
Falcon Heights, MN.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is directed to attach a signed copy of
this resolution to the application to be submitted to the Minnesota Gambling Control Board.
Adopted by the City Council for the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, this 12th day of
August, 2020.
