Councilmember Chestevich infotw-sd Council that the Recreat3.on Cem~tssion is co~rductimg a surrey for input on p®ssible new programs, use of paste prc~grsu~s, std. 4he surrey will be done by a~ Eagle Scout as a Service project. Councilmeanber Ciernia stated he felt the City is in need of a disaster plan and one should be developed. C1srk Administrator Bat~nes in~termed he has bee reading a book on disaster planni.ag in order to ebtsia ideas for such a plan. Ma~ror Warksntien suggested tkat a representative of fine Sheriff ~ s Departmet, Fire Chief Reachia, and Clerk Acea3,nistrator Barnes serve on a subcommi.ttse to lair groundwork for a disaster plan.
