RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF MAYOR PETER LINDSTROM AND
DECLARING A VACANCY ON THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Mayor Peter C. Lindstrom tendered his resignation from the Falcon Heights City Council
effective March 6, 2019;
WHEREAS, Peter C. Lindstrom was first appointed to the Falcon Heights City Council and took his first
Oath of Office on January 5, 2000;
WHEREAS, Peter C. Lindstrom took is first Oath of Office as Mayor on January 9, 2008, given by his
father John Lindstrom;
WHEREAS, approximately nine months remain of the regular four year term.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota
as follows:
1. That the resignation is accepted, and
2. Declare a vacancy exists on the Falcon Heights City Council.
