RESOLUTION APPOINTMENT OF RANDALL C. GUSTAFSON AS MAYOR AND
DECLARING A VACANCY ON THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Mayor Peter C. Lindstrom tendered his resignation from the Falcon Heights City Council
effective March 6, 2019;
WHEREAS, as City Council appoints Randall C. Gustafson to the vacancy left after the resignation of
Mayor Peter Lindstrom;
WHEREAS, Randall C. Gustafson took his Oath of Office as a Falcon Heights City Council Member on
January 13, 2016;
WHEREAS, approximately nine months remain of the regular four year term.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota
as follows:
1. Appoint Randall C. Gustafson to the position of Mayor , and
2. Declare a vacancy exists on the Falcon Heights City Council.
