RESOLUTION APPOINTMENT OF ADRIAN NEIS FOR THE POSITION OF FALCON
HEIGHTS FIRE MARSHAL
WHEREAS, the City does not have an appointed Fire Marshall with the dissolution of the Fire
Department in 2021, and
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has hired Adrian Neis to perform the work of Fire Inspector,
and
WHEREAS, AJ Neis has the required training and certifications to perform the work of Fire
Marshal.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota:
1. That the appointment is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights.
