MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA
AIIGUST 11, 1976
A special meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called
to order by Acting Mayor Ecklund at 6:30 p.m.
Acting Mayor Ecklund, Councilmen Steele and Labalestra. PRESENT
Mayor Warkentien and Councilman Black. ABSENT
The purpose of the meeting was to reconsider sidewalk in-
stallation on Crawford Street Improvement from Snelling
Drive to Arona Avenue.
Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Labalestra NO PARKING
to direct the City Staff to post "No Parking" signs on the SIGNS ON
north side of Crawford Street from Snelling Drive to Arona CRAwFORD.
Avenue with designated fifteen minute parking on Crawford
Street between Asbury and Snelling Drive to accomodate the
Liquor Store customers. Upon a vote being taken, the follow-
ing voted "aye-': Acting Mayor Ecklund, Councilmen Steele and
Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Councilman Steele to DELETE INSTALL-
delete the installation of a four foot sidewalk which was includ- ATION OF !~'
ed in the Crawford Street project, more fully described as along SIDEWALK ON
the southerly side of Crawford Street from Arona Avenue and thence CRAWFORD IN THE
westerly to the easterly property line of the Falcon Heights Mun- LOCATION AS
icipal Liquor Store. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted ORIGINALLY
"aye": Acting Mayor Ecklund, Councilmen Steele and Labalestra, APPROVED
and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Labalestra to PROVIDE NEW

carried.
