MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

A special meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called
to order by Mayor Warkentien at 8:00 a.m.
Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black and Labalestra. Also present
was Clerk-Administrator Barnes.
Councilmen Ecklund and Steele.
Mayor Warkentien explained to Council that the special meeting
was called for the purpose of conducting a preliminary revi~r of
the proposed 1977 City Budget which was submitted by the C1erk-
Administrator.

Moved by Councilman Black, seconded by Councilman Labalestra to ADJOURNMENT
adjourn the meeting at 11:00 a.m. Upon a vote being taken, the
following voted ~Taye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black and
Labalestra, and the following voted ~~nay": None. Motion carried.
