Minutes
Present: Mayor Gehrz, Councilmembers Lamb, Talbot, Kuettel, Lindstrom; City Administrator Worthington, Finance Director Olson; Community members, Tom Lageson, Brian Olson, Raymond Wirth,
Will Rogers; Dave Callister, Ehlers Associates, and Mary Ippel, Briggs and Morgan.
1. The Council heard a presentation on conduit bonding and alternate revenue sources from financial consultant Dave Callister with Ehlers Associates and bond counsel Mary Ippel with
Briggs and Morgan. The Council discussed the possibility of utilizing conduit bonding as a source of revenue in future years.
2. The Council then discussed planning for the March community-wide food drive, and set the dates for the drive from March 21st through April 2nd.
