MEETING OF FEBRUARY 11, 1971
The regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. with the following members
present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Stone and Taylor. Also
present were Clerk Printon, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Seed.
Minutes: Stone moved that the minutes of the. January 28, 1971
meeting be approved. Ecklund seconded and the motion
carried.
Shared Revenue A resolution by the Minnesota League of Municipalities
Program Letter: regarding shared revenYSU~ras tabled to a later date.
Master Gas Taylor moved that the application for a gas installers
Application: license submitted by Raymond E. Olson, Fleming Sheet Metal
Cornpariy, 775 Colorado Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota,
be approved, for the period July 1, 1970 and ending June
30, 1971. Warkentien seconded and the motion carried.
Dog License Cost A letter was submitted to the Council by Mr. and Mrs.
and Complaint Alfred Jensen, 1906 Sheldon, regarding the annual cost of
Letter: dog licenses. They also complained about non-licensed
dogs running loose in the Village and poor animal control.
The Council requested the Clerk to send Ordinance No. 101,
along with an invitation to check all dog license records
at the Village Office.
Justice of the Applications were received from the followix~; for Justice
Peace Applications: of the Peace position to be open possibly by June or July:

Sheriff's Report: Ecklund read the January Sheriff's Report.
