'The regular rric~:ting was called to order at 8:07 P.P~1. V-ith the following members
present: T`ayor %~arkentien, Councilmen Stone and Taylor. Also present *her'e Clerk
Printon, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Seed. Absent were Councilmen Black and
~ckiund.
