Also present were Clerk-Aaministrator Barnes, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Seed. 2•inutes : Councilman Ecklund moved that the rru;nutes of the meeting of September 2~, 1971 be approti-ed as corrected. Council- man Black seconded and the motion carried. Purchase of Councilman Stone moved that the Glerk-Administrator be 1971 Laws: authorized to purchase the 1971 Lavrs at a cost of X35.00. Cotiricilman Taylor seconded and the motion carried.
