The Clerk Administrator read the following election returns: Special Election -Park Referendum "Shall the Village of Falcon Heights be authorized to borrow money on the authority of its general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed u100,000.00 for the purposes of park improvement:" Yes 781 No 526 On mono:: by 1~-~ , seconded by _ , it was voted by the Councilmembers acting as Canvassing Board that said proposition was duly passed by a majority vote of the electors, and the Clerk-Administrator was instructed to certify said election returns to the Ramsey County Auditor.
