Special Meeting of the City Council
March 16, 2006
Members present: Mayor Gehrz, Council members Talbot, Lindstrom and Harris, Administrator Worthington. Members absent: Council member Kuettel.
Residents present: Ray Garscha, Tom Lageson , Bryan Olson, Will Rogers, and Raymond Wirth.
Mayor Gehrz called the special meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
1. Replacement of City Administrator Discussion
An information packet was handed out to the council for review. A discussion on the minimum qualifications for a new administrator commenced, with a draft of the job description, salary
range, and process for hiring outlined.
Council member Talbot moved to approve the process, job description, and salary range for the new administrator. Council member Lindstrom second. The motion passed unanimously.
Council member Harris moved to approve Parks and Public Works Director Hoag as Interim Administrator. The motion was unanimously approved.
