SPECIAL MEETING OF OCTOBER 25, 1969

The special meeting of October 25, 1969 was held at 9:00 a.m. with the following
members present: Mayor Warkentien, Clerk Taylor, Councilmen Stone, Black and
Ecklund.
Richard Bandon, Appl3.cation It was moved by Black and. seconded by Stone that
for Variance, Reconsidered: the application far variance for Mr. Richard Bandon,
1975 Autumn Avenue, be reconsidered. Motion passed
unanimously.
It was moved by Black and seconded by Eeklund that
the request for variance for Mr. Bandon be approved
per the following conditions:
1. The west fence line should not extend axe
farther west than the eave of the west side of hie
home.
2. The north fence Line should not extend anpr
farther north than the present strgcture.
