The special meeting was called to order at 9:00 P.M. with the follc~r~x~g members
presents Mayor Warkeutieu, Clerk Ta3rlor, Counc3.lmen Black and Ecklund.
Election Returns: The Village Clerk read the following election returns:
For the Office of Mayor
Willis Warkentien 202 votes
Harold Nilsen (smite-in) 2 votes
Harold Schroder (write-3n) l vote
Richard Johnson (write-in) 1 vote
For the Office of Councilman
William Black 203 votes
For the Office of Justice of the Peace

William Carroll 196 votes
On motion by Ecklund, seconded by Black, it was voted
unanimously by the Council acting as Canvassing Board
to declare the following persons duly elected to the
respective offices and the Clerk was instructed to cer-
tify said election returns to the Ramsey County Auditor.
Village Mayor -Willis Warkmti~ for two years;
Village Councilman -William Black for three years;
Justice of the Peace -William Carroll for two years.
