The regular meeting of October 22, 1970 was called to order at 7:05 P.tI. with the
following members present : T~iayor ~.arkentien, Clerk Taylor, Councilmen Black and
Stone. Also present t~rere Engineer Lemberg and Attorney i~,i.chard H. "urge" Kyle.
"absent were Councilman Ecklund and Treasurer Olsen.
T~Iinutes: Stone moved that the minutes of the October ~, 1970 meet-
ing be approved. Black seconded and the motion carried.
Recreation T~irs. Lillian Duethman, 1906 Tdorth Albert, Recreation Com-
Committee mittee Chairman, requested that lights be put in the Uni-

to serve on the Recreation Committee. Taylor seconded and
the motion carried.
Recreation Committee will contact new members and also
scheduled a recreation meeting for Tdovember 10, 1970.
.~nerican Pipe Robert 3.. Pfefferle, P. E., Technical Consultant of Ameri-
Services can Pipe Services, appeared at the meeting to discuss

on the east and Snelling Avenue on the west. The Village

Pfefferle was to submit a specific proposal at a later
meeting.
T~ietro Sewer Board Lonnie Dye, Chief Engineer of the T~Zetro Sewer Board ap-
~Lepresentative geared at the meeting to explain the various items on the

Falcon Heights Taylor moved that the Village Engineer be authorized to
