Also present were Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Seed. Absent was Treasurer Olsen. TJIrs. J. J. Jenkins representQd. the League of Women Voters. T>linutes: Stone moved that the minutes of the October 22, 1970 meetin be approved as corrected. Black seconded and the motion carried. Falcon Tieights - Appearing on behalf of the Falcon Heights-Lauderdale youth Lauderdale Youth hockey league program were Dick Thorpe, Falcon Heights, Hockey League: Don Peterson, Lauderdale, ~to discuss the possibilities of raising --;io00 for uniforms needed for the league. They stated there were already 93 players registered for this year. Stone moved that the Village appropriate :300 as the Falcon Heights share needed f_or three new sets of hockey uniforms. ?~Tarkentien seconded and the motion carried. Variance Black moved that a variance application submitted by ~~.. S. Pfefferle, E., Technical Consultant for the Service American Pipe Services, app eared at the meeting to present representative: the Sewer Survey Agreement as requested by the Village Council at a. previous meeting. Stone moved that the Village employ American Pipe Services to make a survey of the aff. ected area as descri'oed by the modified map called Attachment "A" for the stated sum of ~;~3,520. The survey. zn7ould be started about T3ovember 23, 1970 and completed no later than January, 1971.
