The regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. with the following members
present: i~Tayor Z°~arkentien, Clerk Taylor, Councilmen Black, Ecklund and Stone.
Also present were Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Seed. Absent was Treasurer Olsen.
IJlinutes: Stone moved that the minutes of the November l2, 1970
meeting be approved. Black seconded and the motion carried.
Stone moved that the minutes of .the Special meeting of
November 6, 1970 be approved. Ecklund seconded and the
motion carried.
Christmas Tree Taylor moved that the Village grant a General Corporate
Lot Licenses: License to operate a christmas tree lot for the period
from December 1, 1970 to Dec ~nber 31, 1970, for the
follotrir~
tobert tiu . Smith, Y. S. E. C . Tree Compar~y, 230 Summit Lane,
°;ora, 3~Iinnesota, to operate a lot at the I~Zinnesota State
Fair Grounds parking lot facing Snelling Avenue.

Recreation Committee ti~tirarkentien read a letter of resignation from TIrs. I~Tonica
Resignation Letter: Er1er, 1817 Pascal Avenue, as a member of the Falcon
Heights Recreational Advisory Committee.
Sewer Service Letter Taylor read a letter drafted by the Village Engineer to be
Drafted by written to all Falcon Heights residents regarding sanitary
Engineer Lemberg: sewer service problem and repair procedure.

Variance Application - The variance application submitted by R. S. Aschenbach,
