Also present ~rere Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Seed. Absent was Treasurer Olsen. Minutes: Stone moved that the riinutes of the Plovember 25, 1870 meeting be approved. Ecklund seconded and the motion carried. Office Equipment Taylor moved that the Village Clerk be authorized to pur- Purchase: chase office equipment from the TVletropolitan Office Equip- ment Company, Inc., 2865 North Snelling Avenue, for the quoted amount of ~i61~.00. Stone seconded and the motion carried. Christmas Tree Taylor moved that the applications for the follot~ring licenses Lot Licenses: to sel.1 Christmas trees be approved: Paul Baden, 1215 Eldridge Street, to operate lot at the Falcon Heights United Church of Christ parking lot, Garden and Holton Avenues. Hermes Floral Corrrpar~r, 2001 blest Larpenteur Avenue, to operate lot at 2001 best Laxroenteur Avenue. Stone seconded and the motion carried. 1 Insurance Bid: Black moved that the bid submitted by Paul J. Breher Company, 625 Stryker Avenue, St. Paul, Tlinnesota, for Comprehensive General Insurance in the amount of ;522., Comprehensive Auto Liability in the amount of ~i,097., and for TrJor'~rnen's Com- pensation in the amount of ~1,052.~36, be accepted as the lowest and only responsible bid fo-r the year 1971. Installers License: Petersen, Twin City :E'urnace Company, 159 North Snelling avenue, be approved. Black seconded and the motion carried. Falcon Heights ~;cklund moved that the Clerk be authorized to purchase a Directox~,~ for Falcon heights Directory from the Sun Newspapers for the Police Ca.r: Falcon IIeights Police Car.
