Stone seconded and the motion carried. Snow Plowit~; Bla.clt moved that James L. Moore be authorized to provide Agreement : snoti~, plotring services, as directed, for the Village for the winter of 1970 and 1971, on the basis of an hourly 'rate of :11.00 subject to his providing the Village with a Certificate of Insurance providing boaily injur~T limits of not less than ~a100,000 for each person and each acci- dent, and property damage limits of not less than X20,000 for eacl: accident. Stone seconded and the motion carried. Gasoline Filling Taylor moved that the application submitted by itichard L.
