The regular meeting taus called to order at 7:OG P.Tl. with the followir~ members
present: T•iayor T~arkentien, Clerl: Taylor, Councilr~ien Black, T;cklund and Stone.
Also present t~,ere Treasurer Olsen, Engineer Lembert- a.nd Attorney Seed.
T~linutes : Eclslund moved that the minutes of the December 10, 1970
meeting; be approved as corrected. Stone seconded and the
motion carried.
Snow Plowit~; Bla.clt moved that James L. Moore be authorized to provide
Agreement : snoti~, plotring services, as directed, for the Village for
the winter of 1970 and 1971, on the basis of an hourly
'rate of :11.00 subject to his providing the Village with
a Certificate of Insurance providing boaily injur~T limits
of not less than ~a100,000 for each person and each acci-
dent, and property damage limits of not less than X20,000
for eacl: accident. Stone seconded and the motion carried.
Gasoline Filling Taylor moved that the application submitted by itichard L.
Station Application: T-filler, 1863 Fernwood r_venue, to operate a Union 76
gasoline fillip; station at 1525 VTest La.rpenteur Avenue,
be approved. ~ar}~:entien seconded and the motion carried.
Sinking Fund i~~arlcentien moved that the Village Council ratify its
accoun+.,s Transfer: previous action tra.nsferrin~; +.,he followin amounts .from.
the six sin'_.in~ fund accounts to a new account entitled
"Village of Falcon Heights Sinkit~; Fund account."
