RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF JAMES WASSENBERG FROM THE
FALCON HEIGHTS PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City appointed James Wassenberg on July 14, 2021 as a member of the City of
Falcon Heights Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, on November 9, 2022, the City Council plans to appoint James Wassenberg to the
vacant City Council Seat; and
WHEREAS, James Wassenberg will be required to vacate his seat on the Planning Commission
prior to his appointment and oath of office on the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota:
1. That the “Letter of Resignation” is accepted by the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights.
