RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF COUNCIL MEMBER KAY ANDREWS
AND DECLARING A VACANCY ON THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Council Member Kay Andrews tendered her resignation from the Falcon Heights City
Council effective October 12, 2022; and
WHEREAS, Kay Andrews was elected to the Falcon Heights City Council and subsequently took an
Oath of Office on January 8, 2020; and
WHEREAS, approximately fifteen months remain of the regular four-year term.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota
as follows:
1. That the resignation is accepted, and
2. Declare a vacancy exists on the Falcon Heights City Council.
