SPECIAL 2~EETING OF DECEMBER !~, 1963
The Council was called to act as a Canvassing Board in connection with
the Village Election held December 3, 19b3. The Clerk read the following
election returns:
For the Office of Mayor:
Harold C, Nilsen
Fred Mayer
Peter McGough
George Kilgore
For the Office of Trustee:
George J. Shavor
William H, Black
For the Office of Treasurers
William E. Olsen
Otto Bonestroo
For the Office of
Justice of Peace :
Dwain L. Jones
Ralph Reichow
R. 0. Hines
A total of votes cast numbered 188.

On motion by Warkentien, seconded by Mortenson, it was voted unanimously
to declare the following duly elected to office, and the Clerk was
instructed to certify the election returns to the County Auditor.
Harold C. Nilsen was elected Mayor for a term of two years.
William H. Black was elected Trustee for a term of three years.
William E. Olsen was elected Treasurer for a term of two years.
Dwain L. Jones was elected Justice of the Peace for a term of two years.
The following members were present: Mayor Harold C. Nilsen; Clerk W. A.
Mortenson, and Trustee Willis Warkentien.
