HomeMy WebLinkAboutCCMin_64Oct3_Special21b1 SPECIAL ?.'IEETING OF OCTOBER 3, 1964 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting was called tc9 order at 8:00 A.M. with the follt~ring members present:. Mayor Harald Nilsen; Clerk W, A. Mortenson; Trustees Willis Warkentien, Charles Stone and William Blaek. Also present were Treasurer William E, Qlsen and Deputy Clerk Tina Vavoulis, On motion by Warkentien, seconded by Black, and carried it was voted to adopt the following resolution levying special assessments for delinquent sanitary sewer Resolution Levying charges. Special Assessments f®r Delinquent Sanitary Sewer BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Ch~'ges: Village of Falcon Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota as f®lls~rs s 1. It is hereby determined that there are delinquent sewer charges against the properties herein- after set forth, in the amounts set forth opposite the description of such properties. 2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter set forth is hereby levied against each of such tracts respectively. 3. .The total,. amount of such special assessment, in each case, shall. be payabl® wi th the 1964 real estate taxes due aid payable during. 1965. 4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified copy of the assessment to the County Auditor to be extended. on the proper tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be cAllected and. paid aver in the same manner as-other municipal taxes. 5.
