The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.

C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
September 27, 2022 minutes were updated to include Commissioner Gerich as present,
Council Liaison Wehyee as absent. With changes, minutes approved by consent.
D. PUBLIC HEARING

E. NEW BUSINESS
1. Zoning Confirmation – 2050 Roselawn Avenue – Community Park
a. Staff presented action item to affirm the zoning designation of 2050 Roselawn
Avenue is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, as required by state
statute. Property is moving from a lease to a purchased property from the
University of Minnesota.
Motion was made by Commissioner Philips to approve Resolution 22-49,
seconded by Commissioner Gerich. Motion passed unanimously.
