SPECIAL MEETING HELD MARCH 30, 1966
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of Falcon Heights was duly called and held at the Village Hall in
said Village on March 30, 1966 at 7x00 P.M. The following members were presents
Mayor Nilsen, Clerk Strandquist, Trustees Black, Stone and Warkentien. Also
present were Treasurer Olsen and Attorney Galvin.
Northeast Area. Storm Black introduced the following resolution and
Sewer Improvement moved its adoptions

WHEREAS, bids were called for March 30, 1966
pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the
Northeast Area Storm Sewer Improvement 65-1 (66-1), and
WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has not as
yet executed the point agreement between the
Village of Falcon Heights and the Village of
Roseville, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council of Falcon Heights
has not been able to determine the responsibility
of one or more of the bidders on said contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that no
action be taken on the bids until the next
regularly scheduled meeting of the council or
until a special meeting called for the purpose
of accepting a bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing
resolution was duly seconded by member Stone
and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Nilsen, Black, Stone,
Warkentien and Strandquist, and the following
voted against the lames None. Whereupon said
resolution was duly passed and adopted.
Special Meeting Calleds Nilsen moved, seconded by Warkentien that a
special meeting be scheduled for Monday evening,
April ~., 1966 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village rooms
for the propose of taking action on the bids
which were received and opened for the Northeast
Area Storm Sewer Improvement 65-1 (66-1). Upon
a vote being taken, the motion was unanimously
declared passed.
