Special Meeting of October 1, 1966
The special meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.i'~4. with the following
councilmen present: Mayor Nilsen, C1erkStrandquist, Councilmen Warkentien,
Stone and Black.
Roberts Apartments After review, Black moved, seconded by Nilsen that
1855 YPest Larpenteur Roberts Apartments located at 1855~Nest Larpenteur
Avenue: Avenue be advised that the Proposed Garage Layout and
Screen Planting Scheme, Job No. J72l~, dated September 28,
1966 is hereby approved, subject to approval of the
Village Engineer and also subject to compliance with
the ten foot side lot line requirement on the west side.
Motion was unanimously passed.
Proposed Addition to Discussion was held regarding building onto the
Village Hall and existing municipal building an .addition to house th®
Fire Station: maintenance truck, police car and also workshop.

Company - Parking Strandquist to approve the plan submitted by Mando
Lot: Photo Company to build parking lot on land recently
purchased by them at 17$0 West Larpenteur Avenue.
Approval is subject to village engineer's review and.
approval. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion was carried.
Charles Radefeldt Clerk was instructed to communicate with Charles Radefeldt,
1803 Hamline Ave. 1803 Hamline Avenue regarding dismantled trucks and cars
Dismantled trucks parked on the premises in vio]a tion of village ordinance.
