Inasmuch as all respective plans pertaining to Larpenteur-Snelling S3gna1
Revisions and also Larpenteurkrona plans are readi.l.y available in the offices
of the consulting engineers, Bonestroo, Rosene,,Anderlik and Associates, an
informal meeting was held in said office at 8s00 P.M., January 13, 1967 to
discuss same. Informal meeting concluded at 10:00 P.M. armed special meeting
of the Village Council was called to order at the Village Hall at 10:15 P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Nilsen, Clerk Strandquisti
Councilmen Slack, Warkentien and Stone. Also present were Engineer
Lemberg, F. W. Snyker, Jr., and W. Chenoweth, representatives of Ramsey
County Engineering Department.
Traffic Signals Stone moved, seconded by Warkentien that the Vi17.age
Intersection of• Council authori2e installation of traffic signals at
Larpenteur and intersection of Larpenteur Avenue and Arona Street, also
Snelling Avenues: necessary geometric changes on Larpenteur Avenue fr o m
~3• Arona to Fry Street. Ayers Nilsen, Strandquist, Stone,
Black and Warkentien. Nayss None. Motion was carried.

Minnesota State Aid Warkentien moved, seconded by Black that the Village
Funds Expenditure Council authorize transfer of allotted municipal state
Authorizeds aid funds in the amount of $30,000 , which sum is to
be transferred to Ramsey County as the Village of
Falcon Heights portion of the cost of construction
of traffic sisals at Larpenteur and Arona and related
necessary changes on Larpenteur from Arona to Fry Street.
Ayers Nilsen, Strandquist, Stone, Black and Warkentien.
Nayss None. Motion was carried.
Mr. Snyker stated that agreement will be drafted and
submitted to the Council by January 25, 1967.
Minnesota Highway Stone moved, seconded by Varkentien that the Mayor and
Department Clerk be authorized to sign Resolution on behalf of the
S. P. 6216-53 Village of Falcon Heights pertaining to Trunk Highway
(T. H. 51-125): No. 51 within file Village of Falcon Heights regarding
plans, special provisions and specifications for
improvement of said highway, which plans are on fil e
in the office of the Department of Highways being marked
S. P. 6216-53 ( T. H. 51 = 125). Ayers All. Nayss
None. Motion was carried
