SPECIAL GREETING OF NOVEMBER 28, 1967
• Meeting was called to order with the following members present= Clerk
Strandquist, Councilmen Black, Warkentien and Stone. Absent: .Mayor Nilsen.
Workmen's Compensation In response to requests for insurance bids, the
Insurance Bides folle~ing proposals were receiveds
1. Bosshardt-~lelson Agency (Harold Krinkie)
Bituminous Casualty Corporation X1,375.00
2. Northland Agency ~W. A. Mortensen)
Bituminous_Casualty Corporation f X1,375.
Black moved, seconded by Stone that the proposal
submitted by Northland Agency for Workmen's
Compensation Insurance in the amount of $1,375.oU
commencing December 1, 1967 and expring•December 1,
968 be accepted. Ayers 3trandquist, Black,
Warkentien and Stone. Nayss None. Motion was
carried.
Christmas Tree Having met the requirements, it-was moved by Black,
Licenses seconded by Strandquist that Thomas Baruth for the
_ Forestry Club, University of Minnesota, be granted
license to operate Christmas Tree I.ot at Cleveland
and Larpenteus Avenues. Ayers All. Nays None.
Motion was carried. y _
Reservation of Moved by Stone, seconded by Warkentien that request
Village Hall - of It9B DFL to reserve the village hall for Monday,
l~9B DFLs. December_11, 1967 be granted. Ayers All. Nayss
.._ None. Motion was carried.

councilmen participated in the Candidates Meeting
sponsored by the Falcon Heights.League of Women
Voters.
