1t2INUTES SPECIAL P~EETING OCTOBER 13, 1959.
T~4eeting was called to order at 7:00 P. M., the following Council r~tembers being
present:. Harold C. Nilsen, P~.4ayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; 'Willis V'darkentien,
Trustee; Paul Coppini, Trustee and Wm. R. Utecht, Clerk. Also present were
Wm. E. Olsen, Treasurer and Ethel E. Vdhite, Deputy Clerk and Deputy Treasurer.
Certifica- After discussion, it was moved by Shavor, seconded by Vr"arkentien
tion Sewer and unanimously voted that the Clerk be authorized to certify to
Rental Rc the County Auditor at the time which taxes are certified to the
Penalties County Auditor, the unpaid sewer rental and penalties owed by sirs.

1960 bud- On motion by Shavor, seconded by Utecht, the following resolution
get was adopted by an unanimous vote, with request that: the Clerk
certify same to the County Auditor:
Resolution BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon
Heights, that the following sums be and they hereby are levied
upon the taxable property of the Village of Falcon Heights for
the year 1959, collectible in the year 1960:
General Fund ~56,76l~.00
Firemen's Relief 1,500.00
Pera 1,965.23
'~ills On motion by Nilsen, seconded by Shavor, the following bills were
ordered paid:.
