' The Canvassing Board i?eeting was called to order at 7:00 P. i~4. Present:
Harold C. Nilsen, T~?ayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; iNillis ti~'arkentien,
Trustee; Paul Coppini, Trustee and 1~'Vm. R. IItecht, Clerk. Also present:
Frank N. Csraham, Village Attorney; ti'~Jm. E. Olsen, Treasurer and Ethel E.
tithite, Deputy Clerk and Deputy Treasurer.
In connection with the canvass of votes for the election of officers for
the Village of Falcon Heights, at the annual Village Election, December
8th, 1959,-the Clerk read the following election returns:

On motion by Utecht, seconded. by Coppini, it was voted unanimously to de-
clare the following duly elected to office, and that the Clerk be in-
structed to certify said election returns to the County Auditor.
Harold C, Nilsen was elected 'i7ayor for a term of ttiwo years.
Ndillis tir,~a;~kentien was elected Trustee for a term of three years.
1~'Jm. E. Olsen was elected Treasurer for a term of two years.
rFark Hindermann was elected Justice of Peace for a term of two years.
Adjournment: On motion, the meeting adjourned at 7:30 P. "~'.
