'layor Nilsen moved that the bids be referred to the Engineer for tab- elation and recommendation, and tha±. the Village Attorney check all bids for all legal aspects and report to the Council at its Meeting at 7s00 P. ?d?., July lJ~th. Seconded by Utecht and carried. r;Iessrs. A. Anderson ?nd P.. Sanders of Juran & ?4oody were present. Attorney Graham advised we would need about `35,000. in September for laying the main, 515,000. in September for work the Cit~T of St. Paul would do, and X35,000. to cover the remainder of the work in October. After discussion, it ~,Tas determined that 20 year bonds would be the most satisfactory method of financing, ~'tr. Sanders estimated ~..5 as the -naximum interest rate. Sanders will inform Graham if it appears that there will be any marked change in the bond market, Adjournment On motion, the meeting adjourned at 9:15 P. '~,I.
