Streets, Falcon ~",fter discussion, it ~~°ras moved ley Shavor, seconded by'.'~arkentien
Moods No. ?. and unanimously voted treat the following resolution oe adopted:

the streets in Falcon V~Ioods Hddition No 2;

Village of Falcon Heig~~ts, i:`inneso+,a, that the Village of
Falcon Nei.~hts hereby accepts the streets in Falcon V~~oods
Addition No. ?_ and hereby releases the ~ietna Casualty and
Surety Company pond dated °dlarch ?3rd, 1959 to the Village
of Falcon Heights in the amount of S'S8,?21.00 provided by
Gage Construction Company to guarantee that these streets
would be completed in accordance with Village ~~,CCiications.
Trees The ??eputy Clerk was instructed to write Dr. G. Hard, ?3ureau
of Plant Industry, University oY "~ir~resota, asking their
rec a~~cndation on spraying trees.
Rezoning Ernest ~"deigt, owner of the rroperty at 1687 ~fJ. Larpenteur,
appeared before the Council~~rth ;Jdti^rard Carroll, of the
Carroll Furniture Company, who is interested in buying the
~'deigt prox~erty for ~?se as a. furniture display room. They
were advised that present plans ind]_cate that the property
s~ieuld be zoned R_3 i,multiple d~~rellings and that it would be
inadvisable to consider any rezoning unt]-1 the proposed plan
is completed and the public hearings held.
Driveway i?Ir. ~~'eigt advised +~hat the driveNray approach between his
property and the apartme?Zts pad never been put ba.clc in shape,
and tha± it is now becoming soft and that there is a possibility
of setting stuck. The matter was referred to :grad Lemberg,
engineer.

Arona. to Hamline There were only 6 people present. It ti^ra.s decided to hold

Fire Dept. Fire Chief Gordon Nelson was present and there eras a discussion
