MINUTES
A. CALL TO ORDER: Chair Mathwig called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL:
Members present: Olson, Mathwig, Vannucci, and Seth
Also present: Council Liaison Wehyee, Staff Liaison Moretto
Members absent:
C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: July 12, 2021
Moved, seconded to approve revised minutes for July 12, 2021; motion carried.
D. AGENDA
1. Electric Vehicle Charging
i. Amber Union will be installing conduit for future electric vehicle
charging.
ii. This is an opportunity for future expansion.
2. Ice Cream Social
i. Took place July 22 at 5pm
ii. The survey was solicited and we received two responses.
iii. We greeted many residents and discussed what we do.
iv. Need volunteers for next year.
3. * Many topics were discussed that were not on the agenda and are out of
order.
i. Resiliency Funding
1. Roads, lighting, sewage
ii. Recruiting
2. UMN Student
3. Advertise at events and newsletter.
