Also present were William E, Olsen, Treasurer; 3rad Lemberg, Village Engineer,
and ?:R. J. Calvin, Village Attorney.
League of Women Voters: rTrs. Derde was present to represent the League of
Women Voters.
Skating Rink on Univer- A fourth skating rink in the Village of Falcon
sity Property: weights is being proposed on property formerly
occupied by Quonset outs on the University Farm.
The University has no funds available for such a
project and reoluests relief from any liability
if a rink is to be developed. An agreement is
being drawn up between Attorney Galvin of the
Village of Falcon Neiahts and Attorney Tierney
of the University of ''inn. to license the Village
and grant rights for a recreation area. A?o
warming house titi~ill be available at this time, but
the University will prepare the ground vrith the
"'maintenance and surervision'" up to the Village
or its duly delegated representatives.
It was moved by Stone and seconded by Shavor
that the ^~a,yor and Clerk enter into such an
agreement tivith the University. The extent of
the contribution by the Village to be flooding
of the rink, when necessary.
?~=aaster Plumbers License: All requirements have beer. met, moved by
"lortenson, seconded by 'u~arkentien, that the
"aster Plumbers license of 'a'im. L. Neihart be
approved - Passed.
Sunday Ot~ening: The matter of '"Sunday Opening"' was discussed due
to the inquiry by Flower City as to whether they
could be open on Sunday until Christmas. Since
there are no legal ob;iectior~s, they vrere so
informed.
Tree Service; ~~'ork on tree trimming by ":`Drip Tree Service has
been held up due t,o a sick crew.

Flooding of Skating- Flooding of the Village skating rinks was started

Police 'Ronitor Radio: A discussion of the need for a police monitor radio
to receive calls ir. the police office in the Village
call took place. The cost of such a set was esti-
mated at about ~1~G. A study vrill be mare to see if
sufficient additional hours would be covered to make
it practical.
