Skating Rink on Univer- A fourth skating rink in the Village of Falcon sity Property: weights is being proposed on property formerly occupied by Quonset outs on the University Farm. The University has no funds available for such a project and reoluests relief from any liability if a rink is to be developed. An agreement is being drawn up between Attorney Galvin of the Village of Falcon Neiahts and Attorney Tierney of the University of ''inn. to license the Village and grant rights for a recreation area. A?o warming house titi~ill be available at this time, but the University will prepare the ground vrith the "'maintenance and surervision'" up to the Village or its duly delegated representatives. It was moved by Stone and seconded by Shavor that the ^~a,yor and Clerk enter into such an agreement tivith the University.
