REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
OCTOBER 28, 1987
Baldwin called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
ALL MEMBERS PRESENT
Chenoweth, Wallin, Hard, Ciernia, and Baldwin. Also present were Wiessner
and S. Chenoweth.
MINUTES OF OCTOBER 14, 1987 APPROVED
Council approved the Minutes of October 14, 1987 as presented.
ADDENDUM TO AGENDA
Council added the following item to the agenda: F(3) Request from Shaun
Baldwin, 1716 Albert, that Council consider promoting a city sponsored
Little League Baseball Team.

Council approved the following consent agenda as presented.

LIZABETH L. BOGER, 1469 W. IDAHO, APPOINTED TO HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION
Hard moved the appointment of Lizabeth L. Boger to the Human Rights
Commission to complete the term of Catherine Stiney, such term to expire
December 31, 1988. Motion carried unanimously.
1982 FORD SQUAD CAR WITH RADIO TO BE SOLD TO JIM FULLER FOR $500.00
Council briefly discussed an offer from Jim Fuller to purchase the old
squad car and radio for $500.00, after which they agreed to the sale with
the understanding he accept it "as is".
REQUEST FROM SHAUN BALDWIN THAT CITY SPONSOR LITTLE LEAGUE TEAM - SOCIAL
STUDIES EXERCISE
Council assisted Shaun Baldwin, 1716 Albert, with a social studies project
by discussing his request that the city sponsor a Little League team.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:59 P.M.
