SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

PRESENT
Baldwin called the meeting to order at 6:45 P.M.
Bush, Ciernia, Wallin and Baldwin. Also present were Wiessner
and S. Chenoweth.
ABSENT
P. Chenoweth.
ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION AWARDING THE BID FOR THE ST. MARY'S
STREET PARKING PROJECT
Council reviewed the following bids for the St. Mary's Street
parking project: 1) Bituminous Consulting & Contracting Co.,
Inc., $11,787.50, 2) Munn Blacktop, Inc., $14,101.50, 3)
Bituminous Roadways, Inc., $16,259.25, 4) Valley Paving, Inc.,
$18,401.25, 5) Ashbach Construction Co., $19,845.00, and 6)
Northern Asphalt Co., $31,462.00. Based on the engineer's
recommendation in his letter dated June 14, 1988, Ciernia moved
adoption of Resolution R-88-12 awarding the bid to the low
bidder, Bituminous Consulting & Contracting Co. Motion carried
unanimously.
