RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT A DONATION FROM THE FALCON HEIGHTS / LAUDERDALE
LIONS CLUB
WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights / Lauderdale Lions Club has donated $500 for the Falcon Heights
Friends ofthe Park Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or
personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the goveming body.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota, that the donation of the $500 is hereby accepted for the Falcon Heights Friends of the Park
Fund; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Falcon Heights sincerely thanks the Falcon Heights/
Lauderdale Lions Club for the donation.
