RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARK MIAZGA TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission shall be the municipal planning agency authorized by
Minnesota Statutes S 462.354, subd. L;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council on all
policy matters relating to City planning, zoning, and land use;
WHEREAS, City Staff and the Commission Chair have interviewed Mark Miazga and
recommend appoinhnent to the Falcon Heights Planning Commission.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota:
1,. That the appointunent of Mark Miazgato the Falcon Heights Planning Commission is
approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights.
ADOPIED by the Falcon Heights City Council this 28m day of Janu ary , 2026.
