AN ORDINANCE ASSIGNING A NEW STREET ADDRESS FOR PROPERTY PID
152923340082
THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the property with PID 152923340082 and cunently assigned with the street
address of 1795 Holton St, Falcon Heights, MN 551 l3 be reassigned to a street address of 1440
Garden Ave, Falcon Heights, MN 55113.
SECTION II. Effective date. This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage and
publication.
ADOPTED this 25th day of February,2026 by the City Council of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota.
