RESOLUTION AWARDING TIJE 2025 SANITARY SEWER CCTV & CLEAN PROIECT
#26-02 TO AMERICAN ENVIRONMENTAL, LLC
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights periodically cleans and televises sanitary sewer mains to
inspect and maintain the sanitary sewer system; and
WHEREAS, the City solicited quotes for the 2026 sanitary sewer cleaning and televising projec!
and
VVI{EREAS, American Environmental, LLC submitted the lowest responsible quote for the work
in the amount of $58,147.25.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota:'1. The City Council hereby awards lhe 2026 Sanitary Sewer CCTV & Clean Project #26-02 to
American Environmental, LLC in the amount of $58,147.25.
2. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the agreement for the project
on behalf of the City.
