RESOLUTION 26-30 AUTHORTZTNG ACQUISTTTON OF REAL pROpERTy
WHEREAS, Sarin Homes, LLC ("Seller") is the fee owner of certain real property located at 1407
Larpenteur Avenue West (PID: 152923340061) and 0 Larpenteur Avenue West (PID:
152923340062)inthe City of Falcon Heights, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota (collectively,
the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights ("City") is proposing to acquire the Property for public
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the proposed Purchase Agreement
("Agreement") for the acquisition of the Property to be entered into by and between.the Seller and
the City; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 5462.356, subd. 2, the Planning Commission has reviewed
the proposed acquisition of the Property and has found that the acquisition is consistent with the Cify's
comprehensive municipal plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota:
l. The Purchase Agreement is hereby approved.
2.The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and deliver all necessary documents
to complete the conveyance.
