AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 113 OF THE FALCON HEIGHTS CITY
CODE CONCERNING AMBER FLATS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary
may be published. While a copy of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of
the City Clerk, the following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in
lieu of publishing the entire ordinance:
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Section II3-212 of Falcon Heights City Code,
Amber Flats Planned Unit Development to Fairway Commons Planned Unit Development
to allow for updated plans for the development of a 110-unit age-restricted affordable
housing apartment building.
This ordinance shall be effective upon passage.
APPROVED for publication by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota this
