RESOLUTTON REAPPOTNTTNG JACOB BROOKS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission shall be the municipal planning agency authorized by
Minnesota Statutes S 462.354, subd. 1"; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council on all
policy matters relating to City planning, zoning, and land use;
WHEREAS, Commissioners may serve a total of two 3-year terms consecutively on a City
commission; and
WHEREAS, jacob Brooks was originally appointed to the Planning Commission on April26,
2023; and
WHEREAS,Jacob Brooks has expressed interest in serving for his second 3-year term.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota:
1. That the reappointrnent of Jacob Brooks to the Falcon Heighb Planning Commission is
approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights.
