Motion by Srs-vor, seconded by Rysgaard, that in view of the un-
eertainty of a site for the proposed fire station and village
hall no action be taken at this time on the bids submitted at
this meeting and that the time for reviewing the bids for the
electrical work be extended to 7:30 n.m. June 7, 191+9. Motion
carried.

Zoning Ordinance Shavor and Graham presented two ordinances to the council --
Building Code Ordi- the first ordinance, #2, establishing zoning, and the other
nance ordinance, ~3, establishing a building code. After the reading
of ordinance ~2, Shavor moved the adoption of the ordinance pro-
vidinm for a zoning plan for the Village of Falcon Hta. PMotion
seconded by Rysgaard and carried. After the reading of ordinance
,t#3, Rysgaard moved the adoption of the ordinance establishing
a building code for the Village of Falcon Hts. I~:otion seconded
by 3havor and carrir.d.
Buetow's fee to date In accordance with an afire-went reached at the council muting
on May 24, Matteson asked Buetow to present a bill for his
services to date for architectural work on the village hall and
fire station. Buetow advised that the cost for his services to
date w~~-s arproximately 4150. Should he be retained as archi-
tect to see the building thru to completion, his fee would be
3j of the general construction and in t]^.at event the X150 would
be included in this charge. Buetow was told h- would be advised
of the council's action before the end of the week.
Building; Inspector The matter of appointing a building inspector was asked delayed
to th- followin,~; meeting.
Bill for steno- Matteson presented a bill for X31.78 which included stenographic
graphic work, etc. work, material and labor for two bulletins issued, and stamps.
Rysgaard moved that the bill be paid. Motion seconded by
Lindig and carried.
Bill for ro~?.d work_ Seaborn presented a bill for X637.34 for work done on roads by
Ramsey County. Matteson moved the bill be paid. :Motion seconded
by Lindig and carried.

Appointment of Action on appointing an assistant fire chief had been delayed
assistant fire chief from a previous meeting. Harry Anderson recommended Imhoff
be appointed as assistart fire chief, effective July 1, at a
salary of X200 per month. Motion made by LindiP and seconded
by Shavor that the anpoi.ntment be so madc. Motion carried.
Meeting recessed The meeting of the council was recessed from 9:G0 to 9:30
during which time the Town Board met.
Adjournment Upon motion the meeting adjourned at L:00 a.m.
