RESOLUTION APPOINTING KATHRYN MERRIAM TO THE PARKS AND
RECREATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the City
Council regarding the effective, meaningful and equal involvement of Falcon Heights residents
in their community; and
WHEREAS, the Staff Liaison, the Council Liaisory and the Commission Chair have interviewed
Kathryn Merriam and recommend their appoinhnent to the Falcon Heights Parks and
Recreation Commission
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota:
-1-.. That the appointrnent of Kathryn Merriam to the Falcon Heights Parks and Recreation
Commission is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights.
ADOPTED by the Falcon Heights City Council this 27u" day of May,2026.
